Mid-2018 to December 31, 2018.  

Goal: raise a solid financial footing so that we are able to spread the cost beyond one calendar year.  Cash on hand will make enables us to begin the project as soon as possible, given our required timeline.  If possible, we will use any surplus from 2018 general giving, just as we did for Project 2017.

Phase 1 Goal: To reach $50,000, or1/3 of total project.

January 2019 to July 2019.

During this time, we will see the installation begin. The dust will fly, crews will be at work, and disruptions are possible as the actual project is underway.  

Phase 2 Goal: To reach $100,000 or 2/3 of total project.  

 
 

August 2019 to December 2019.  

By now the job is complete and has passed inspection.  Our Legacy building will have a fully functional fire alarm/suppression system that we hope we’ll never need to use!  As the second half of the year progresses, we will continue to raise funds to meet our Project 2019 goal. It is possible that we will need to borrow from cash reserves or take advantage of a bridge loan to ensure that we can meet our obligation to the contractor.  Whatever funds are raised will be immediately used to pay down any debt to ourselves or a financial institution. Our Leadership Team and Finance Team are committed to maintaining a healthy financial reserve while avoiding debt as much as possible. We trust in God’s provision to help us finish Project 2019 in a continued strong financial position.  

Phase 3 goal: 150,000 or full amount of total project.
